All referrals are triaged before appointments can be made and no new patients will be accepted without a referral (excluding patients with acne concerns).
Please forward referrals directly to the preferred Dermatologist using Medical Objects to expedite referral triaging. Generally, only one condition or problem will be dealt with in the patient’s consultation. Referrals for multiple conditions may require separate appointments.
Please note that due to increasing demand to see the Dermatologists at Bulimba Dermatology, they are no longer accepting new referrals for the following:
- New DVA patients
- Workcover patients
- Children under 5 years of age.
We encourage you to refer to the Dermatologists’ profiles on this website before referring patients, to ensure that the Dermatologist will accept referrals for that patient’s specific concerns.
For particularly urgent referrals, contacting Reception directly over the phone is recommended, followed up by sending a referral through Medical Objects.
